LONDON - Recently on Sky News, Prime Minister Gordon Brown warned that the recession is not over yet. However, stock market millionaire and author Stephen Sutherland is taking a much more positive stance on the current economic climate, arguing that “If you wait for the economy to be showing healthy signs before investing in the stock market, you could be extremely late to the party.”
Over the last 11 months, Sutherland has been sharing his stocks and shares ISA account gains on a regular basis, starting back in October 2008, when he was shouting from the rooftops that “now is the time to buy.”
And his prediction that the stock market was ripe for a move has so far proved to be true. His stocks and shares ISA account has seen an amazing 11 month gain of 78.1%. That gain seems pretty impressive when you compare it to the FTSE 100’s 29.4% over the same time period.
But it’s not just Sutherland who is reaping the rewards of his uncanny way of determining future market direction.
After following in Stephen’s footsteps by paying for a premium investing service that costs approximately GBP1200 per year, Nathan De Boer, from Holland has seen his account rise 205% in just 9 months. That helped him make a staggering profit of GBP92, 653.
Bob Liddell from Glasgow, another premium client of Sutherland, also made a tidy gain of GBP57,015 in just 6 months.
A longer term client of Sutherland is Tyrone business owner Declan Hughes. Hughes has made 80.1% over 3 years - a yearly gain on average of 21.7%.
Finally Cliff Baker from Harrow who also signed up for the premium service has made a 56.2% gain in six and half months.
“These sorts of gains in short periods of time are a big clue that a new bull market has probably just begun,” Sutherland concludes. “So I would urge everyone to take advantage and invest now so that you can make maximum profits from an upcoming boom.”
