“We believe that working with Dell’s OEM division in the integration, delivery, and support of the SteelWorks(R) Mobile appliance is the single most significant step we have taken in addressing the tremendous market opportunity for our appliance for BlackBerry Enterprise Server,” remarked Brian Hajost, SteelCloud president and CEO. “Dell is without equal in providing the depth of state-of-the-art products and breadth of worldwide support. Outsourcing this vital function to Dell will allow us to better serve our customers while concentrating our energies on the continued development of our appliance software technology and on the sales and marketing of SteelWorks(R) Mobile.”
SteelCloud’s new appliance hardware platforms will be based on Dell’s PowerEdge R410 server technology. These appliances provide simplified support, improved performance, and increased energy efficiency. Field hardware support of the new SteelWorks(R) Mobile appliances will be provided by Dell.
