AUSTIN, Texas - REAL Software, creator of REALbasic, a cross-platform development tool for creating software for Mac, Windows and Linux, is now shipping REALbasic 2009 Release 2. This release includes more than 70 improvements and 18 new features, including COM automation support for Windows and support for MySQL. Additionally, this release launches a new edition of REALbasic, REAL Studio, that is geared specifically for full-time commercial software developers.
COM Automation Support: Applications can take control of any other Windows application that supports COM automation.
