Ogier is delighted to announce the appointment of Ray Wearmouth as an Ogier Group Partner in the firm’s BVI office.
Ray re-joined Ogier on March 31 after 7 years at Harney Westwood & Riegels in the BVI and Hong Kong where he was an equity partner, Head of their Corporate Department in the BVI and a member of their Executive Committee. Ray had also previously been the Head of Harneys’ Banking Department in the BVI and had established their Hong Kong office.
Prior to Harneys, Ray worked for Ogier in Jersey and DLA Piper in the England.
