- More Bulge Bracket Veterans Jump To Independent Firm
Pali International, an independent, full-service institutional securities firm and investment bank, announced today the latest in a string of new hires designed to advance the firm’s presence in Europe. Simon French, an equity research analyst focused on leisure companies, joined the firm today from UBS. Several weeks ago Michael Harrison, an equity sales trader from New Star Asset Management, and Jason Lello and David Cansell, equity sales traders from Merrill Lynch, also joined the firm.

These hires, along with numerous others over the past six months, have increased the firm’s European roster to 65 employees. Collectively, these individuals have significantly strengthened Pali’s expertise in fundamental and event-driven sales, research and trading.
