The certification audit was performed by a representative of Intertek in January 2009. The Intertek auditor examined all elements of the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS), including quality policy, objectives, processes, record keeping, and also interviewed on-site staff.
Certification to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 requires a commitment to quality throughout the entire company. Policies and processes are understood and followed at all levels and by all employees.
