SHENYANG, China - The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals(TM) (IAOP(TM)) announced the newest inductees to The Outsourcing Hall of Fame on May 12th. Dr. Liu Jiren, Chairman & CEO of Neusoft Corporation, was inducted into the prestigious Hall of Fame for his outstanding contributions to China’s outsourcing industry and the global outsourcing cooperation, and he is also the first Chinese to receive this honor.
