Since its debut in 2003, “Conquer Online” has been released in various languages and won acclaim among its players in more than 100 countries and regions in the world. Apart from its traditional quintessential qualities, such as the oriental martial arts style and five professional play modes, the Arabic version of “Conquer Online” has added Arabian-style costumes and will launch religious festive tasks based on “Ramadan” and “Lesser Bairam.” More tasks like “Corban Festival” and professional modes like “Ninja” will be launched successively.
Liu Luyuan, executive director and CEO of NetDragon, said: “In 2004, NetDragon pioneered independent operations by a Chinese company in the overseas game market. We are currently one of the largest online game exporters in China. With the open alpha testing of the Arabic version of “Conquer Online” at the beginning of this year, Conquer Online boasts the first-ever large-scale Chinese online game that has successfully entered the Middle East and North African market, registering a steadily increasing number of online players. In recent years, we’ve seen a rapid growth in the number of Arabic netizens, which shows the relatively huge potential for growth in the online game market of this region. NetDragon will remain focused on the emerging online game markets including the Arabic region, endeavoring to provide players worldwide with excellent interactive entertainment experiences.”
