The Graduate Management Admission Council(R) (GMAC(R)) has launched a new online News Center to provide journalists, business school professionals, and the general public with a multi-platform array of resources and information about graduate management education. GMAC is the owner of the Graduate Management Admission Test(R) (GMAT(R)).
The GMAC News Center, located on gmac.com, offers insight into the role MBAs play in the global economy through a mix of podcasts, videos, articles, and other features.
The globally recognized GMAT exam — used by thousands of MBA and other management education programs around the world in the admissions process — is a key source of multimedia programming on the News Center. Recent podcasts available on the site explore the rising prominence of Asian and European business schools and the satisfaction of MBA alumni with their business school experiences.
The News Center (gmac.com/newscenter) offers concise, timely summaries of key findings from GMAC’s annual international surveys of graduating MBAs, employers, business school alumni and other groups. The website also includes GMAC press releases, a photo gallery, and other resources designed to provide quick access to facts and figures about the management education industry.
Visitors may sign up to receive press releases by email or RSS feed, subscribe to podcasts through iTunes, and share material on the site through various social networking sites, such as Facebook and MySpace.
