- Victor Garcia joins the London office, expanding senior banking team.
Mooreland Partners, a global technology focused investment banking firm, announced today that Victor Garcia has joined the firm as an Executive Director, based in the London office. Victor’s arrival strengthens Mooreland Partners’ European business as well as its Transatlantic franchise.
Victor joins Mooreland Partners from Nomura, the global investment bank, where he was an Executive Director in the European investment banking division since 2002 and focused on originating and executing cross-border M&A and financing transactions within the Technology and Clean Energy sectors.

At Nomura, Victor executed numerous transactions involving both private and publicly listed clients in Europe, the US and across Asia ranging from mergers, acquisitions and divestitures to private and public equity financings. Victor brings experience across a number of sub sectors, including electronics/semiconductors, communications equipment and software, enterprise software, IT services, solar technology, wind energy and biofuels. Prior to his time at Nomura, Victor was a member of the communications and components technology team at Broadview International, a global technology sector-focused M&A advisory and investment firm, since acquired by Jefferies. Before joining Broadview, Victor worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London where he was part of the International Business Structuring Group and focused on serving the firm’s multinational clients in the technology sector.
