PARIS and DUBLIN - Magnet Networks has selected OneAccess Networks, a leader in multi service access routers, to introduce a high quality service for business broadband subscribers that will allow full utilisation of connectivity and enhanced reliability.
The partnership is announced as Magnet launches a new business ADSL2+ and SDSL product range offering enterprise level services at an SME price. These include speeds upgraded to 12Mbps and 24Mbps, a fixed IP address, managed connectivity and pro-active customer service.
“The OneAccess routers can be remotely monitored and configured directly by our technical support staff. Combined with the enhanced reliability of the new equipment, mission-critical connectivity can be readily maintained,” said Mark Kellett, CEO of Magnet Networks announcing the partnership.
“The routers also allow for multiple users to fully utilise the high speeds our connection allows. So, for example, in a business where ten staff members use the same router simultaneously, the router won’t behave as a ‘bottleneck’ at the connection point,” said Kellett.
OneAccess will provide its ONE20 router family for the new broadband services. The One20 SDSL equipment allows Magnet to bond multiple DSL circuits for higher bandwidths without changing its network, and provides business class features that assist Magnet in providing reliable and resilient services to its business customers.
Alan Brazier, Chief Sales Officer of OneAccess adds “Magnet challenged us to demonstrate how we can help them achieve high levels of reliability and operations efficiency through the deployment of our multi-service access router family. We are delighted that they recognised that, as a specialist provider of telco access solutions, we can enable these benefits to Magnet’s customers, and provide a unique vehicle for their future services innovation.”
