- Risk Consulting Company Positions Experienced Leadership for Inevitable Turnaround of Job Market
Anticipating the recovery of the global employment market, Kroll, the world’s leading risk consulting company, today announced the appointment of two new senior managers in its background screening division. Traci Canning has been appointed managing director and Bryan Schueler named senior vice president of the division’s European and North American regional operations, respectively.
In their new roles, Canning and Schueler will oversee Kroll’s comprehensive background screening services, which help organisations make informed decisions in critical areas such as employment, supplier selection, investment placement, and institutional admissions.

Since joining Kroll in January 2009, Canning has managed the provision of screening services to many of the company’s diverse international clients. She brings to her expanded role a rich background that includes product management and strategic development for technology companies, research and marketing expertise, and executive management in the publishing industry. Prior to joining Kroll, Canning served as Director of International Operations for HireRight, a US-based background screening company. She will be based in Brighton, UK.
Schueler brings a wealth of leadership experience in service and technology operations in businesses ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to large corporations. He joins Kroll from Xiotech Corporation, a storage area networking company, where he had responsibility for technical and client support, field operations and new client installation. Previously, Schueler served in leadership roles in client service and operations for companies including ADP and Ceridian. He will be based in Nashville, Tenn.
Both Canning and Schueler will work with leaders from Kroll’s consulting and technology divisions around the world to help organizations reduce risks and capitalize on opportunities by reducing uncertainty in numerous critical areas.
