STAINES, England -
- Isosceles Finance, the Business Accounting Consultants Have Been Announced as Finalists for the Accountancy Age Award ‘Small Firm of the Year’
Isosceles are today celebrating reaching the finalist stage for an Accountancy Age Award for the second consecutive year. Last year they narrowly missed out on the ‘Best Use of the Internet - Business’ Award.
Isosceles, who as a business accounting and HR consultancy, are hoping to scoop the prestigious title of Small Firm of the Year 2009 at the awards ceremony to be held on 18th November at the Battersea Park Arena.
The Accountancy Age Awards mark outstanding work in business, practice and technology and celebrate the very work that provides the bedrock for UK business.
“I am particularly delighted that Isosceles has been shortlisted as Best Small Firm during the toughest economic conditions of my lifetime. Top class companies emerge during the most difficult times and we have had to be at our best to support our clients so that they can continue to prosper.
This is a great compliment to our staff. If there is a more talented, harder working finance team out there I am yet to meet them.” Mike O’Connell CEO
Isosceles was founded to provide clients with affordable ‘best in class’ support in the form of interim, part-time and outsourced accounting and HR solutions - through all stages of evolution from start-up to exist. Isosceles believe that emerging and growing businesses need an effective accounting and HR function just as much as well established corporations. The challenge these organisations face, however, is how to afford the calibre of staff and systems required to help them grow and prosper.
Isosceles’ clients are largely early stage, funded or rapidly growing companies. Their clients include four recipients of the Tech Track 100 Award. The largest client is a fully listed GBP200m turnover company, the smallest is an Imperial College spinout.
Please visit our website www.isoscelesfinance.co.uk for further details.
The ultimate winner will be selected by a judging panel consisting of finance directors and industry experts and announced at a gala dinner on 18th November.
