IRIS Accountancy Practice Solutions announces the release of all IRIS Accountancy Practice software products to all IRIS customers, including major updates to Drummohr, PTP and the IRIS Practice Suite. Despite a significant number of changes to legislation, tax rates and allowances and changes to returns, the IRIS accountancy practice development teams completed rigorous testing of the April releases, on schedule, so that over 14,000 firms relying on the three IRIS families of software products to run their businesses are fully compliant from the beginning of the new tax year.

IRIS Practice Suite v9.3
IRIS Practice Suite users will find that the latest release, version 9.3, has continued to focus on secure communication, with the Internet at the forefront of the technological changes impacting the accountancy profession. The extensive electronic filing capabilities already present in the tax, accounts production, company secretarial and company formations software modules are expanded in v9.3.
Use of the Companies House XML Gateway for all e-filings and company formations is automatic, once IRIS Practice Suite v9.3 is installed, providing heightened security - with documents far more difficult to intercept. Practices can save time and guarantee accuracy with the use the Companies House Online Service which gives them the ability to draw a range of electronic information from the Companies House register directly into their IRIS applications.
Available to all accountancy practices, the latest version of IRIS Staff Planning includes closer links to Microsoft Outlook, enabling customers to further strengthen their internal planning and communications. Staff are e-mailed their time bookings, from IRIS, which can then be used to maintain personal Microsoft Outlook Calendars.
Availability
IRIS Practice Suite v9.3 shipped on April 6th 2009. The latest version of Drummohr will be available as a download on April 7th and the latest release of PTP software will ship earlier than ever before beginning on April 8th.
