BULVERDE, Texas - Futurex, an innovator in hardware data encryption security solutions, announces the opening of an office in Bristol, England and the addition of Roland Allen to serve as Futurex’s Director of Sales - International.
In an effort to capture on the growing customer demand of Futurex’s innovative encryption solutions, Futurex has opened a European office located in Bristol, England. “With the need for data encryption security solutions increasing globally, Futurex is excited about establishing an office in the UK,” said Brett Smith, CEO and President of Futurex. “A presence in Europe will help Futurex expand into high growth markets in EMEA and the Pacific Rim, thereby further broadening our global reach,” Smith added.
As part of their international presence, Futurex has hired Roland Allen to serve as the Director of Sales - International and to head up the Bristol office. Mr. Allen has over 20 years of senior sales and management experience with major software companies and hardware manufacturers such as ACI, Oracle, NCR and Xerox. He has strong international sales and management experience in Europe and Africa and was even based in the Middle East and Gulf with NCR. Mr. Allen also has served as a General Manager and Sales Director where he was directly involved with the organic growth and successful IPOs of two international software companies.
Mr. Allen’s role at Futurex will be to further develop and grow Futurex’s presence in the EMEA and APEC regions.
