Having taken Milan by storm, Eternal Platinum, a major exhibition showcasing platinum wedding rings created by the most celebrated Italian designers, comes to London during Coutts London Jewellery Week between 8th - 12th June at I.N.C Space, Covent Garden.
A unique collection of platinum wedding rings created by the leading designers of Italian architecture, jewellery and fashion.
Seven architects, seven jewellery designers and seven fashion designers have created the ultimate symbol of love, working with the most enduring precious metal, platinum.
From Fabergé to Cartier, the world’s greatest jewellery designers prefer working with ductile, versatile platinum. The precious metal is 95% pure, rare and enduring with a naturally white colour that never fades. It is because of these attributes that a platinum wedding ring is steeped in symbolism and is chosen by many to express their associations with eternal love.
Alongside the iconic wedding rings on display, are sketches that show the creative process from concept to realisation, revealing how each designer’s expert skill in their field shaped the finished masterpiece. Each ring captures the personality of its creator and is their interpretation of eternal love.
Eternal Platinum is open for public preview at I.N.C Space, Covent Garden during Coutts London Jewellery Week, 8th - 12th June. Those unable to attend can view the entire collection at www.eternalplatinum.com.
