NANJING, China -
ET Solar Group Corp. (”ET Solar”), a Nanjing-based integrated manufacturer of photovoltaic (”PV”) products (ingot, wafer, modules and tracking systems) and system integrator announced a total of 4.2MW high efficiency module supply transactions to three large Italian commercial projects.
Consisting of both ground mounted and rooftop installations, the three projects are, by project timeline, in Prato (1.3MW), Perugia (1.0MW) and Imola (1.9MW) and are all for commercial uses. The first two projects have already started operation while grid connection for the third project will be completed next month. Two of the projects were financed by large European banks specialized in solar industry financing.
ET Solar provided high efficiency multi-crystalline PV modules to these projects that have demonstrated strong operating performance. In addition to megawatt scaled commercial PV projects, ET Solar also supplied a sizeable volume of high efficiency PV modules through its intensive distribution networks to Italian market so far this year.
“We are very pleased to have played a significant role in facilitating Italian solar industry’s solid growth in a challenging financial environment this year,” stated Dennis She, ET Solar’s VP and Global Sales officer. “In particular, our strong track record on megawatt scaled commercial PV projects well positions us to expand our contribution for the market segment going forward.”
