- Global Semantic Application Vendor Demonstrates Benefits for Service Organisations
Empolis GmbH, an Attensity Group company, will present its award-winning business applications at this year’s Call Centre & Customer Management Expo held at the NEC, Birmingham in England on September 22nd and 23rd. The web-based E-Service Suite as well as text analytics application, Voice of the Customer, will be demonstrated at the Birmingham event.
The Empolis E-Service Suite automates and optimizes services processes, producing more precise customer responses and improving service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Suite is comprised of Empolis’ award-winning knowledge management technology, Empolis:Service Lifecycle Suite (e:SLS) and the tried-and-tested multi-channel management software MailMinder from Living-e. Together, they form a powerful application, which provides a self-service environment for both customers and agents to access answers to key service questions and ensures that the information found reaches the customer efficiently by email, fax, letter or text message. To complement the portfolio, Empolis will also show “Voice of the Customer”, a text analytics application which uses out of the box sentiment analysis, fact extraction and trend categorization to provide rapid processing of textual sources including customer emails, survey responses and social media. The application reveals top issues being talked about, together with shades of meaning and detailed sentiment, with minimal set-up work required. Its built-in discovery environment enables companies to identify, manage and receive alerts on trends, issues and concerns hidden within customer conversations.
Empolis is the EMEA go-to-market entity of the Attensity Group and both Empolis and Attensity are among the “100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management in 2009.” Attensity Group is focused on becoming a worldwide market leader in the field of semantic applications that open the enterprise up to the world of unstructured data making it easy to monitor, analyze and respond to this growing data source.
Empolis will be located at booth C9 and Empolis Product Manager Christian Hölzel will present “Knowledge Management Revisited” on September 22nd at 10:15 in the Theatre Session Customer Management Technology.
In addition, Empolis’ customer Versatel AG is among four companies shortlisted for the prestigious European Call Centre Award in the category “Best Use of Technology”.
