Ambient noise often puts drivers off taking calls using their hands-free kit. The constant sound of the motorway and fast-moving traffic, coupled with muffled voices, is a recipe for frustration on both ends of the call. The Jabra CRUISER is the first in-car speakerphone to use Dual Microphone technology, currently utilized in Jabra’s award-winning headset range to eliminate background noise and cancel out any echo, so users can enjoy a rich, satisfying call quality no matter how busy the roads are.
There can be distractions when driving but the Jabra CRUISER ensures once and for all that your phone is not one of them, thanks to Voice Announcements(TM). The in-car speakerphone will intelligently access your phone’s address book to announce exactly who is calling* so you can decide whether or not to take the call without taking your eye off the road. If the caller is unknown, the in-car speakerphone will simply read the number aloud instead. It will also guide you through the pairing process and let you know battery and connectivity status clearly and concisely.
And for those of you who want to glance at your battery levels or check out your connectivity status while you are briefly stopped at lights, the Jabra StatusDisplay(TM) with a multi-color lighting system will tell you everything you need to know.
Music fans will fall in love with the Jabra CRUISER’s ability to play MP3s stored on their mobile through the speakerphone, and through the car stereo thanks to the built-in FM transmitter. Tracks can even be remotely controlled from the device with simple play, pause and rewind buttons. And don’t worry about missing that important call either; the in-car speakerphone will conveniently fade the music out as a call comes in.
As if all that was not enough, multiuse connectivity means that two Bluetooth devices can be paired simultaneously and auto pairing gives you instant usability. The Jabra CRUISER can also be used around the home for convenient hands-free calls whilst typing or doing household chores.
The Jabra CRUISER will be available in selected retailers nationwide.
