our spiritual voice has become increasingly complex in recent years with the

like Vinyl and CDs has crossed the border, beyond the need for a physical
storage device and into the digital era.

Accessing "Access to Justice"

LONDON, November 18 - Access to justice is not the exclusive privilege of the rich
and famous. Claims of defamation by this week's hottest celeb, or attempts by
an oil company to curtail parliamentary questions with "super injunctions"
are what we hear and read about, however a much larger proportion of
litigation is pursued by everyday working people for a variety of reasons -
accident at work or road traffic accident to name just a few.

Waste-to-Energy Market in South Africa Has Promising Growth Prospects, Says Frost & Sullivan

CAPE TOWN, South Africa, November 18 - The waste-to-energy concept is rapidly emerging as an important component
of integrated waste management strategies and has positive growth prospects.
However, due to the low cost of electricity and high capital investment
required in waste-to-energy plants, the incentives for utilising energy
generated from waste are moderately limited.

Stiff Lower Back v. Stiff Upper Lip

LONDON, November 18 - Think personal injury and think No Win No Fee. Think No Win No
Fee and one's mind ventures to images of people falling from ladders or
slipping on a banana skin in an office lobby. A fundamental criticism of
claims management companies is that they engage in scare-mongering marketing
tactics to profit from a legitimate legal development, which was intended to
encourage Access to Justice. No Win No Fee companies are seen, in some
quarters, as pandering to an Americanised system of litigation - encouraging
an increasingly litigious society which contravenes quintessential British
values of suffering in silence and a stiff upper lip. Clearly this criticism
can't be ignored but it can be challenge.

Q: Why Don't Snakes Bite Solicitors? A: Professional Courtesy

LONDON, November 18 - Not innately thought of for their charitable works, lawyers
are often seen as a penny pinching and devious bunch who would bludgeon their
own mothers with a cricket bat for a chance to win a free ticket to an all
you can eat buffet. Slightly unfair, one might say, as many law firms donate
millions to good causes and raise the same amount in billing hours with pro
bono work.
