Acision’s solution will be deployed to deliver voicemail services.
Acision’s IP based architecture will provide 3 with a base that can be used to deploy additional voicemail services such as voice to text, celebrity caller greetings, visual voicemail and enhanced voice message notification features, which can further enrich the overall customer communication experience. The service will also enable 3 to reduce the voicemail hardware footprint in its data centers across these countries by as much as 80%, providing long term savings, high performance and scalability.
