September 5th, 2009 BHOJPUR - A Sub divisional magistrate in Bhojpur in Bihar has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant (NBW) against Shiv Sena chief Balasaheb Thackeray on Friday for his alleged uncharitable and inflammatory remarks against the Biharis.
