LOUISVILLE, Ky. — In a headline for a Nov. 3 story about Papa John’s International Inc., The Associated Press reported erroneously that the company’s third-quarter profit was helped by the acquisition of cheese purchasing company BIBP Commodities. Papa John’s did not acquire BIBP, but under accounting rules is required to add the company’s financials to its own results.
