We all know that federal and state courts show their prejudices and disrespect for our laws and our Constitution. It is because of this disrespect and the attempt to protect other judges that our courts have illegally created doctrines that are solely to protect other judges. These doctrines may as well be law as courts apply them not differently than law.
There is no provision for “judicial immunity” in our Constitution! The Constitution does not allow any branch of govt to grant, by law or practice, immunity. But judges grant themselves immunity when they violate a persons civil rights and liberties, when they refuse to obey laws and the Constitution etc.
For example the Const. provides only Congress will make law and will set rules for govt. Yet courts set the doctrine (rule of law) without authority from anyone but themselves, and it is for that reason it legally doesnt exist and has no basis in our Const.
Yet Congress rather than removing judges, just lets this violation of law go on and on.
