Dear listener (Mamata Didi),
I am physically handicapped candidate, and using railway facility quite often. But struggling lot with whatever facility Indian railway has given. Our problems are: for physically fit person you are giving coach location where it will come, but for physically handicapped coach, it is not displayed on display panel, Great havoc Indian railway is creating being attaching handicapped coach at the beginning or at the end. Now think about the feasibility, How come physically handicapped person will run from one location to the end location within 2 minute? Again one thing we must realized that In rainy season platform becomes slippery. At end location some time platform may not available think how he will climb? At the end location light may not available think how handicapped person will manage? At the end location security person may ignore to go how handicapped person will receive help if other people have forcefully entered in handicapped coach and not allowing handicapped person to get in? In night time people will not open door from whom he will receive help in such situation? Once while attempting to catch train luckily I fallen on platform, but that day saw my death very closely. Some time I feel railway facility for handicapped person is nothing but trap what we are creating to kill fly. I humbly request you to keep handicap coach at the center with its location displayed on display panel. I will be highly obliged if it is implemented.
Didi with your busy schedule if you could able think on it it will be greate help for us
Thanks didi
