Rahul travels by train to Ludhiana

October 4th, 2009 LUDHIANA - A bid to smuggle contraband and intoxicants into the central jail in Punjab's Ludhiana district was foiled and one man was arrested, officials said Sunday. According to police, a man was arrested late Saturday evening while he was trying to smuggle hashish in tins of desi ghee (clarified butter) and around 5,000 intoxicant tablets in a bag of rice.
