PLEASE GUIDE ME TO COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS HIKE AS BOTH OF MY KIDS READS IN DIFFERENT SCHOOLS IN WEST DELHI AND WHEN I APPROACHED THE SCHOOL AUTHORITIES, THEY SIMPLY TOLD THAT THEY ARE FOLLOWING DELHI GOVT GUIDELINES. ARE THESE ARE THE GUIDELINES OF GOVT. I DON’T BELEIVE, THEIR MUST BE SOME CORRUPT PERSON WHO HAS DECIDED THIS. PLEASE ARRANGE TO REVERSE THIS DECISION.

Subject: Request to intervene in the matter and kindly direct “The Principal, Notre Dame School,New Delhi” who arbitrary refused to admit her own Class X Student, my daughter SHRISTI KSHMATA in class-XI, and also refused to give her PCM on the basis of performance in Pre Board Examination without waiting for the CBSE BOARD CLASS X EXAMINATION RESULT’2009.
Hon’ble Sir,
This is for your kind intervention, the facts of the matter is as under:
1. That I am a bonafide Indian Citizen and my daughter SHRISTI KSHMATA studying in Notre Dame School, B.T.P.S Campus Staff Colony, Badarpur, New Delhi-110044 since KG classes and appeared in the CBSE Class-X Board examination in 2009.
2. That the School pasted a notice on their notice board for re-admission and directed to apply for students seeking re-admission in class-XI.
3. That my daughter SHRISTI KSHMATA preferred to apply for PCM Course and requested that she is expecting good marks because at the time of pre board due to illness she was unable to perform well.
4. That on 03.04.2009, I along with my daughter appeared before the Principal and requested to take her admission in the science stream (PCM).
5. That the Principal refused to hear the plea that the CBSE Board Class-X Results are awaited and says “ NO “to her readmission on the pretext of performing poor in pre board exams.
6. The Supreme Court of India also directed all the schools to re-admit his/her student in higher classes if he/she passes the CBSE Board Exams in the CIVIL APPEAL NO. 6487 OF 2008, [Arising out of SLP (C) No.19554 of 2007], Principal, Kendriya Vidyalaya & Ors, Appellants, Versus Saurabh Chaudhary & Ors… Respondents, CIVIL APPEAL NO. 6487 OF 2008, [Arising out of SLP (C) No.19554 of 2007]: Principal, Kendriya Vidyalaya & Ors.Appellants, Versus, Saurabh Chaudhary & Ors. 7. That after the blunt refusal of the School, my daughter is going into depression and not sleeping/eating well from last 20 days.
In this context my honorable submission before you is to kindly intervene in the matter and direct the Principal, Notre Dame School, B.T.P.S Campus Staff Colony, Badarpur, New Delhi-110044 to take her admission in class-XI and offer her PCM.
