Pakistan presents ‘proof’ of Indian hand in terror acts

September 5th, 2009 NEW DELHI - There was "zero proof" of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) chief Hafiz Saeed's alleged involvement in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, Pakistan's former national security adviser Mahmud Ali Durrani said here Saturday. "There is zero proof of Hafiz Saeed's involvement," Durrani told reporters in reply to a query.

August 18th, 2009 NEW DELHI/ISLAMABAD - As Pakistan asked India to share information on fresh terror threats, New Delhi Tuesday said unless Islamabad takes credible action against the 26/11 suspects, it will be "extremely difficult" to resume meaningful talks. India also underlined that it has already "shared solid proof of possible terror attacks" from the Pakistani territory.

July 23rd, 2009 PHUKET - Pakistan will take action against the Lashkar-e-Taiba if proof was found of its involvement in the Mumbai terrorist attacks, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said here Thursday. July 22nd, 2009 ISLAMABAD - Pakistan says it has handed over to India evidence of the involvement of its external spy agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) in terrorist activities in this country, including the attack on the Sri Lankan cricket team in Lahore and on a police academy on the outskirts of the city earlier this year. Quoting sources, Dawn said Wednesday a dossier containing proof of Indias involvement in subversive activities in Pakistan was handed over by Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani to his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh during their meeting at Sharm el-Sheikh last week.
