It’s silly to think that the government plan won’t put private insurers out of business eventually. Which is what I think is the plan or more precisely the plan is more likely that the government will do like they did with the auto industry and buy up some of the insurers in a Fascistic move.
Now they own auto companies and banks. Insurers are next and then what? Energy?
The overall picture though is killing the dollar as the world’s reserve currency. China is buying up gold like crazy and is in talks with other countries to stop trading with US dollars.
