It is the right time to think about complete refinement of higher education. Due to non-availability of qualified hands higher educational institutions are running with minimum criteria. All national level eligibility test for the teaching career will not bring desired result. Thenceforth, we should have a separate course for all the aspiring higher education teachers which will be cater to the needs of the contemporary education with all necessary teaching skills. The course may be designed in such a way; so that it can deem fit to all discipline. Right person for the teaching profession must be identified while persuing the postgraudation in respective discipline for the persuation of the special course for teaching career.
