According to a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) official, the passenger, later identified as Sanjay Malik, created panic at around 11.45 a.m.

July 21st, 2009 RAIPUR - The toll in the accidental grenade blast in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) camp in Chhattisgarh Tuesday rose to three, with one more trooper succumbing to injuries while being taken to hospital, police said.
