Manmohan Singh to meet British PM Wednesday

September 23rd, 2009 FRANKFURT - Prime Minister Manmohan Singh arrived in Frankfurt, Germany, late Wednesday on his way to the US to attend the G20 summit in Pittsburg.

July 15th, 2009 Sharm-el-SHEIKH - Indian Foreign Secretary Shivshankar Menon and his Pakistani counterpart Salman Bashir, who met here late Tuesday, will meet once again Wednesday before the prime ministers of the two countries hold talks, official sources said. Holding out the possibility that the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Yousuf Raza Gilani would perhaps meet the press together after their talks Thursday morning, sources here said that the two foreign secretaries held one-on-one discussions for 90 minutes.

July 14th, 2009 Sharm el-SHEIKH - Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his delegation arrived at this Egyptian town Thursday evening, just in time for Foreign Secretary Shivshankar Menon to meet his Pakistani counterpart Salman Bashir. The Tuesday night meeting will be followed by talks between Manmohan Singh and Pakistani Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani Thursday 10.30 a.m.

July 13th, 2009 NEW DELHI - Prime Minister Manmohan Singh left Monday for a four-day trip to Paris, where he will attend the French National Day parade, and the Egyptian resort town of Sharm-el-Sheikh for the 15th Non Aligned Movement (NAM) summit. Manmohan Singh, who is the first foreign leader to be accorded the honour of being chief guest at the Bastille Day parade, will be in Paris for a day before leaving for Sharm-el-Sheikh.

June 16th, 2009 YEKATERINBURG - Foreign secretaries of India and Pakistan will meet in the next few weeks and review Islamabad's actions against terrorism before taking a decision on resuming their "composite dialogue", it was decided during talks between Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and President Asif Ali Zardari here Tuesday. January 19th, 2009 NEW DELHI - Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Tuesday visited the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) for an overall medical check-up. Manmohan Singh is undergoing diagnostic tests that will be completed Wednesday, the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said in a statement.
