Jet Airways plane makes emergency landing in Delhi

September 15th, 2009 MUMBAI - A Mumbai to Bangalore Kingfisher Airlines flight had to make an emergency landing at Mumbai Airport soon after take-off after its landing gear malfunctioned on Tuesday. Preliminary reports quoting sources said that Kingfisher Flight IT 103, which was carrying 98 passengers headed for Bangalore reported a gear malfunction soon after take off to Air Traffic Control (ATC).

September 10th, 2009 NEW DELHI - An Air India flight had to make an emergency landing at the Indira Gandhi international airport in the national capital on Thursday, after its pilot reported a technical snag. According to reports, the AI flight 3307 from Tokyo to Delhi landed safely in the airport.

September 9th, 2009 HISAR - Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda's helicopter today made an emergency landing here due to bad weather. District administration officials confirmed that the helicopter carrying Hooda, who was flying from New Delhi to Muktsar in Punjab, landed in Hisar on Wednesday afternoon.

August 4th, 2009 NEW DELHI - A Jet Airways flight with 63 passengers on board made an emergency landing at the Indira Gandhi International Airport here Tuesday following a technical snag in its undercarriage wheels. The pilot of Flight 9W 2601, which was on its way from Delhi to Vadodara, detected problems in the undercarriage wheels around 40 minutes after the take-off and made emergency landing by around 6.10 p.m., airport officials said.
