Iraq suicide bomber kills 15

BAGHDAD — Iraqi officials say a suicide bomber has killed at least 15 people and injured 40 near a judge’s house in the northern town of Tal Afar.

A police officer and an official in the provincial command center say the attack occurred at around 6:30 a.m. Thursday. They spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak to the media.

Also, authorities say a bombing in Baghdad’s Sadr City district killed five civilians and injured 16 on Thursday morning.
