Flight carrying Chidambaram makes emergency landing in Chennai

October 2nd, 2009 CHENNAI - A Coimbatore-bound Jet Airways flight with union Home Minister P. Chidambaram and 63 others on board returned to Chennai after developing a technical snag Friday.

September 15th, 2009 MUMBAI - A Mumbai to Bangalore Kingfisher Airlines flight had to make an emergency landing at Mumbai Airport soon after take-off after its landing gear malfunctioned on Tuesday. Preliminary reports quoting sources said that Kingfisher Flight IT 103, which was carrying 98 passengers headed for Bangalore reported a gear malfunction soon after take off to Air Traffic Control (ATC).

According to reports, the AI flight 3307 from Tokyo to Delhi landed safely in the airport.

District administration officials confirmed that the helicopter carrying Hooda, who was flying from New Delhi to Muktsar in Punjab, landed in Hisar on Wednesday afternoon.
