Chandigarh’s well-known Rose Festival begins

October 10th, 2009 PATNA - Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday inaugurated state's maiden children's film festival in Patna, in which a host of children's films from across the country will be showcased. The festival is being organized by the Bihar's Information and Public Relation Department, in association with Children's Film Society of India.
