June 30th, 2009 CHANDIGARH - Four people were arrested here Tuesday with arms and cash, police said, adding that they were members of an inter-state gang of highway robbers operating in Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana and Delhi. Four revolvers, 25 live cartridges, a Maruti Swift car and Rs.464,000 in cash were recovered from them, police said.
