July 14th, 2009 AGARTALA - A trooper of Tripura State Rifles (TSR) strangled his wife and 46-day-old daughter to death and then committed suicide, police said Tuesday. Ashutosh Debnath, 32, a rifleman, killed his wife Gopa Debnath, 26, and daughter Laxmi late Monday at Amtali in west Tripura, a police spokesman said.
