Bhutan Prime Minister to arrive in India today

August 21st, 2009 NEW DELHI - Union Home Minister P. Chidambaram will leave for Thimphu today on a three-day official visit to Bhutan.

August 21st, 2009 NEW DELHI - Union Home Minister P Chidambaram on Friday left for Bhutan on a three-day official visit during which he is likely to discuss issues related to border security and activities of northeast militants. During his visit, Chidambaram will meet King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, Prime Minister Jigmi Y Thinley, former king Jigme Singye Wangchuck, Minister for Home and Cultural Affairs Minjur Dorji and other leaders.
