Talking to reporters here on Thursday, V R S Natarajan, Chairman and Managing Director of BEML said, " The BEML has furnished a turnkey proposal to the central government to facilitate the execution of supplying the low-cost rakes to the two and three tier cities where the metro railway network is envisaged."
