March 1st, 2009 RANCHI - A police complaint has been filed against Bollywood actor Ajay Devgan in the Jharkhand capital by the owner of a production house, charging the actor with cheating, police sources said Saturday. According to the sources, the FIR was lodged in Argora police station of the city Friday by Rajesh Kumar Prasad of Kumar Art International (KAI), charging the actor with cheating, as he had not assigned dates for the movie he signed even after taking the signing amount.
