"Pakistan Government has decided to provide three-tier security cover to the visiting Sikhs during the birth anniversary celebration of Guru Nanak in November this year," said former President of Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbhandhak Committee (PSGPC) Bishan Singh.
