Nearly two months ago, a Twitter message from Microsoft developers had leaked that Windows Mobile 6.5 OS is done. A day ago Microsoft celebrated Windows Mobile 6.5 and Windows Phone day. Microsoft is all set to launch a powerful campaign to endorse its Windows Phone brand and Windows Mobile 6.5. The Redmond company expects its hardware partners to deliver more than 30 phone models in 20 countries in the next three months. With all said and done, Microsoft faces a stern question whether its upgraded Windows Mobile can match the standards of iPhone?

The wait for new Windows Mobile 6.5 is over. Microsoft developers working on Windows Mobile 6.5 have divulged the news that the work on Windows latest mobile operating system has finally finished. However, it is unclear whether the new system has enough potential to face the smartphone competitors. The news came as a tweet from the Windows Mobile team spilling the beans. The revamp of Windows Mobile 6.5 had been announced by Steve Ballmer in GSMA Mobile World Congress 2009. The mobile operating system was to be released at Microsofts TechEd conference last week.
Google and Windows, for once have decided to work their ways in to a collaborative approach to technology. Windows mobile is freshly equipped with Google Street View and soon after there is more to cherish! Google Mobile App, a convenient one-stop shop for all popular Google services, has hit Windows mobile platform. This app is already quite popular with the versions for Apple iPhone and Blackberry.
