LOS ANGELES — Federal prosecutors say a Missouri mother should serve three years in prison for her role in a MySpace hoax on a 13-year-old neighbor who committed suicide. The government outlined its position in court documents filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles. Court documents filed by Lori Drew's attorneys say probation officials have recommended a year of probation and $5,000 fine.
