I know "The Vole" is so The Inquirerish. However I couldn't resist the intended pun. Google claims in its countersuit filing that Bill Gates warned Kai Fu-Lee that Steve Balmer, CEO Microsoft, is going to sue him and Google to make an example case out of it.
