ipodnanoWith Apple's next-gen iPhone awaiting a release this summer, the company doesn't want to loose its ground over its much-coveted music device. According to the sources, Apple would be launching the iPod nano that is the fourth generation predecessor of iPod. iPod nano 5G is scheduled to make its debut at the same time as the iPod touch between July and September. From what we can make out of the leaked footages, the new iPod comes with a wider screen having an aspect ratio of 1.5:1. iPod 5G retains the Click Wheel of all prior nano models. There would be no touchscreen controls for the iPod nano this year. In the new nano the Click Wheel has descended further down the body. The Wheel has also shrinked a little and size of the center button action has been decreased. The camera on the back seems out of place and can be blocked by hands, except when you corner-grip it for photography.
