Ghost hunters inspect 180-year-old NM hotel site
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The former owner of a 180-year-old adobe building hears the door of a potbellied stove opening and wood being stacked inside, but no one is there. Mysterious whispers echo in the current owner's ear. Things fall off shelves for no apparent reason. These are just a few of the strange goings-on that artist Josh Bond, owner of the Old Cuchillo Bar in the southern New Mexico ghost town of the same name, has asked the West Coast Ghost and Paranormal Society to investigate on his property.

While such a claim has been rather emphatic from Microsoft's point of view, but analysts predict that sales of netbooks will grow nearly 80% this year to 21 million units, while overall PC sales decline by 11.9%. And Microsoft is quite aware of that. WSJ reports that Windows XP at a discounted rate is already on the cards for netbooks. Unnamed sources report that Microsoft is charging less than $ 15 for per copy of Windows XP in a netbook. And if XP and Vista (which was a failure for netbooks considering the hardware support it needs and the outcome is absolutely nothing) are here, can Windows 7 be far behind? According to Microsoft, the Starter edition in Windows 7 was created so that Windows 7 can be offered on even the least expensive netbooks.

Now how many of you have ever know who is a cracker. Without much ado I'll tell you a bad (read: an unethical mind with bad intentions) hacker is literally referred to as a cracker. I have many who ask me questions asking the definition of a hacker vs that of a cracker. Well if you search the Wikipedia, the results for cracker gives out a crisp biscuit, Christmas cracker, the cracker music band and blah! blah! nothing related to hackers. But then I did my little research to get to the bottom of it. I came up with the simplest definition for crackers by Ari Lukumies, crackers are those who give a bad name to the hackers. To know more I would recommend you to go through Hacker Cracker: A Journey from the Mean Streets of Brooklyn to the Frontiers of Cyberspace (Hardcover). Still you might be guessing what's exactly cracker doing in the pants of a hacker.
