SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The chief privacy officer of networking Web site Facebook says he's considering running to be California's attorney general in 2010. Chris Kelly said Wednesday he formed an exploratory committee to consider a campaign to be the state's chief law enforcement official. Kelly says the state needs a "strong consumer protection advocate" and that he has worked with attorneys general nationwide through his work at Facebook for the last four years.
