Well, air cars are nothing new to those who keep a note of automobiles. MDI is  experimenting on it  since last 20 years. But with their latest one, AirPod, compressed air cars, they have turned quite a few eager heads their way.

Airpod essentially is to be launched somewhere around 2010 in US. Europe and India will follow soon after.
