The Flash Catalyst is a new design and development tool in its beta. Adobe's Flex Builder has been rebranded to Flash Builder 4 with an array of upgrades. It is the new version of its development environment. Adobe has also released open-source Flex 4 framework that underpins Flash Builder 4.
